One-Year Manufacturer Warranty

The manufacturer guarantees that this product is free from material and workmanship defects under normal private use and conditions for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date.

The manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair any material or workmanship defect or provide a repaired or refurbished product of equal value free of charge during the warranty period.

Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase on the original dated receipt.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper maintenance: Any condition resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance or care
  • Misuse and accidents: Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligence, accidents, or transport damage
  • Return policy: Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse
  • Normal wear and tear: Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Installation and maintenance damage: Damage incurred during installation or maintenance
  • Used items: Previously used or displayed items

Statutory Warranty

In addition to the voluntary manufacturer warranty, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights under Austrian law. The statutory warranty period is generally 2 years from delivery of the goods.

The statutory warranty covers defects that were already present at the time of delivery. In case of material defects, you have the right to:

  • Repair or replacement
  • Reduction of the purchase price
  • Withdrawal from the contract (in case of significant defects)

Important Notes

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • The warranty is void if the product is used improperly or modified
  • Shipping costs for repairs or replacements are borne by the buyer, unless it is a recognized warranty case
